I met FUEL outwear designer and CEO, Shane Levi Gould, last January at the SIA snow show in Denver. I was immidiately drawn to his relentless enthusiasm for the sport of snowboarding and the culture in which has germinated. I even went as far as entire 8 page article on his story and the creation in the brand for The Ski Channel when I made peanuts drumming up content for them.
Today, my interest in FUEL clothing still remains, as everytime I check in with him I am astounded by his uncanny contributions to the local snowboard scene on the East Coast and the young riders that he so proudly encourages and supports. It is people like Shane who keep the groms stoked to keep coming up with a brand who gives them the beginning confidence they need.
Shane took me through the new line this morning as we chatted, and he has got some pretty ‘stylie’ threads for this Spring and the coming season. Check em’ ooooot:
